La Mira For lake cruises and crossings
Step aboard La Mira for a cruise on Lake Monteynard’s turquoise waters. Whether you choose a gourmet, musical or guided cruise (1.5 or 2.5 hours), one thing is certain: the gorges, suspended bridges and changing landscapes of the lake will captivate you as they can only be fully appreciated from a boat.
Hikers can take La Mira for a quick 30 minute crossing of the lake to reach the starting point for the breath-taking Himalayan footbridge trail.
La Mira can hold up to 150 passengers and offers private bookings for your events. Ask us today !
La Loc du Lac Boats for hire (with or without a permit)
Want to explore the lake at your own pace or do a bit of fishing for pike, perch, zander, bleak, roach or carp in a tranquil spot? Simply hire a boat with La Loc du Lac ! Follow them on Facebook !
If you have no licence, you can hire small boats (up to 4 people) and pontoon boats (up to 7 people).
If you have a licence, you can hire a range of boats for 5, 6 or 7 people.
Rates are available for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, half day and full day to suit your needs.

Are you sporty or adventurous? The lake has everything to bring your wildest dreams to life! Harness the wind and enjoy the water sports offered by our partner, the Wake Ski Club! Wakeboarding, wakesurfing, wakeskating, water skiing, boom water skiing and tubing: guaranteed thrills and memorable experiences for everyone! Option of one-off lessons/sessions and 3-, 4- or 5-morning courses.

Have you always dreamed of trying windsurfing or sailing a catamaran (foil!)? Head to BNSM (Savel Monteynard water sports centre)! BNSM is the perfect place for trying these sports or honing your skills. Here, you can hire equipment and book private and group lessons. Do you prefer paddleboarding, canoeing or, for younger kids, optimist sailing? Once again, BNSM is the place to go!
